Jehovah Jireh my Provider

Many things in life are outside of our reach and ability.  Yet some how we obtain wondrous experiences and wondrous things.  I know for a fact that you don't always have to speak to get what you need when you're a child of God.  If he's in your heart.  He answers your thoughts!  Glory to God!  Just like that.  That's the kind of God we serve and there is none other in this world.

I remember one Christmas back in 1994.  I was living in Harrisburg PA.  I was a single parent raising 5 children.  I was divorced and was not receiving any child support.  But  glory to God I had his support.  People from the church and various organizations brought so many gifts for my kids I was literally over-whelmed.  Especially with the fact that I didn't ask for it.  What was more amazing to me was something a little less visual.  I was preparing the meal and I realized I didn't have any rice.  I have 4 sons and 1 daughter.  All of my sons love rice, and that was going to be missed.  I thought to myself, what I'm I going to do to make up for this rice.  Don't you know within the hour, a few of the deacons came to my house with grocery and sticking outside of the brown paper bag was a box of rice-a-roni.    I knew it was God who used them to provide it.  Not that I was in need of rice, but it was a desire of my heart.  I didn't even speak the words and God provided.

My children received brand new clothes and toys from the family of the Lord.  More than I could have asked for.  You can't tell me my God can't do it because I know beyond a shadow of a doubt.  I had no family in the area and had no feeling of being alone, because the Lord took care of it.

Trust and believe, the Lord loves and takes care of his children, very well and you won't do without.  Glory to God and Bless the Lord!

Behold, God is my helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul (Psalm 54:4).

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation (Isaiah 12: 2)

And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen (Genesis 22:14).
